Got a Few Replies on this one,Mostly Telling me to check Plugs,Wires,Coils,ECU,Etc.Still Had the Problem.Someone suggested Kick stand and Clutch switches.Upon checking switches I found the Kickstand had a bad amount of slop and was very loose.Upon disassembly I found the bolt and opening were worn out and when the kickstand was up it was only pushing the switch in 1/2 way.For now I've bent the triggering arm that pushes the switch in so that it pushes it in fully.NO More Problems!!
Weird Shit!!!

Wow...I might not have caught that one early...

It stands to reason however, high road and engine vibration causing the switch to cut in and out.

Glad you found it, and shared it with others here.
