Spark plug torque?

Does anyone know what the plugs torque to on a 96 B6?
Can`t seem to find it in my hanes manual.

11 Nm..... 8 foot pounds..... 96 inch pounds... take your pick!!  Per page 1-3 of the Haynes manual.

Heck, while I`m typing, might as well share what my problem is, maybe somebody can helpp me out.
I just had my carbs rebuilt and the bike runs great, but after it warms up fully, and after a few miles of highway speed riding, when I slow for a stoplight and then begin easing back on the throttle it sounds like 1 cylinder isn`t hitting right.
If I roll on the gas a little more it picks up and runs fine, til I ease back out of it. This will go on for 30 seconds or so and then all is well.
It only acts up after a long high rpm stretch, never when cold or city riding.
I`m hoping i have a spark issue and not a carb problem.
Any thoughts?

I think I'd be checking for fuel supply problem. Look for any kinks in the tank vent lines, twisted fuel supply line. Also, think about changing the in-line fuel filter.

It sounds to me like your not getting enough fuel to the carbs to support high speed running.

Thanks for the reply. That is what my thinking was at first, but after feeling it out quite a bit, it runs great at high rpm but only sputters after a high rpm ride. And when it starts sputtering, I can crack it open and it will pull like a mother all the way up.
I`m going to stick some new plugs in it  tomorrow and if that doesnt help it will have to wait til winter. It rides fine like it is, its just a little annoying.

Ok, changed the plugs. #2 plug has fuzzy black carbon deposits, the other 3 looked fine. Now I guess it appears that #2 is running too rich?

Is yours a second gen Bandit? I have the same problem, it seems to be only when the bike is at lower throttle/rpms (mixture screws) in fact my number 2 cylinder is almost 3/4 of a turn in from the others just to get close to parity. I'm wondering that if some bikes in the 2nd gen have slightly too much fuel pressure going to number 2 cylinder as the fuel line is right next to it.
2005 Bandit 1200, Modified Holeshot Stage 1 with 17.5 pilots 2.75 turns out, and 110 mains 5 shims. Muzzy Slip on w/mid-pipe, stock filter. 1.5" hole in the airbox lid.
