G1 and G2 exhaust

My headpipes from my 1999 b12 are getting kinda rusty and have gotten banged up some
So what i was wondering is will the headpipes from the 2nd gen B12 will fit the 1 gen B12

It's the same motor and frame, so I don't see why not.

Well, it's NOT the same frame, but the header pipes will fit between the two anyway.  :bigok:

So the frame is different?  How different is it, tube size, shape, etc?   I figured that it is the same basic frame, but different to accomodate the different plastic pieces.

The gen 2 has a steeper head angle.  The tail section tubing is different because of the straight tube coming down under the tank and the angular intersection at the air box area.  I think the bottom is pretty much the same (under motor).
