Question re: valve clearance w/ GSXR Cams

To start out I want to thank all for the resposes to my other and first post...I've been away but will try the suggestions and post results.
I bought a 98 1200S and am a newbie at wrenching. I am planning on trying to do a valve adjust in the upcoming months after I get a little more accustomed to the bike through regular maintenance and wonder if the GSXR cams installed by the previous owner change the valve clearance specs as set forth in the haynes manual? Said previous owner had different values penciled in but I believe they may have been warm engine specs, not cold as recommended by the manual.
Thanks in advance!

The specs from my 89 GSXR factory manual and my Haynes Bandit manual are the same.
Intake .004 to .006
exhaust .007 to .009
I would adjust to the loose side. .006 and .009, because valves tend to tighting up, not get looser.
