RF 900 Rear shock
« on: March 15, 2005, 09:51:37 AM »
Does anyone know if an RF900 rear shock will fit on a 1G B12?  I know the GSXR stuff will but I have not seen anything about the RF.  If so, any benefit to using the RF shock vs. the GSXR?

Also will a Newer model GSXR shock (that has the reservoir attached to the shock) fit on the 1g B12 if it is running the stage 2 setup (no airbox)?

You'd have to figure out what their dimensions are and compare them the the figues in the FAQ.

Might want to also look at spring rates.

Since the Kat11 & RF9 weren't Suzuki's premium race replicas, they may not have got the better stuff the GSXR & Hayabusa got, but I don't know.
