It looks nice, but it looks like it blocks off a lot of air.  Maybe it's not a problem in Finland, but for people who live in hotter places, it might not be a good thing.

Honestly even the link Ranger posted is unaccessible. But like crashing a party I'll just pretend that I see it to.  Oh yeah Ippo, that is some pretty good work, no laser burns or nothing. But like Red01 suggested you may want to fire just a few more holes in the center.   :thumb:

I have tested the cover +30C temperatures and in the city---No problems.
There is one inch slit between the cover and radiator.
The holes make more effective point of the compass.
I can`t explain this in english.

nicely done ippo you say there is 1" of clearance between the gaurd and the rad? that should be fine their seem's to be a high air flow area where you spelled out bandit. like I said nicely done. Have you considered a fork brace it'll tighten up the front end of the bike you'll like it.

Hey ippo were those pictures taken at a bandit rally(ride) in Finland? If they were it's cool to see what bandit riders over there are doing to their bikes Kinda gives us a different perspective on what can be done.
So maybe you could be our Finnish Ambassador??
Red the large cutouts on the top and bottom of the cover should allow enough air flow to keep it cool JMO
even in the hottest areas.
