Front flushmount blinkers.
« on: October 15, 2006, 05:50:16 PM »
I have been looking for some decent flushmount blinkers for the front of a 99 bandit 1200s.  Does anyone know of a good sight to go.  Most of the places that I checked only want to sell the cat eye shorts, and they don't mention the diameter of the the others...I was going to go with what ever would fit and looked good.

Yep, flushmounts are the way to go.  I don't know who makes mine, got them here in AUS from a local importer...
That's impressive,
and I'm not easily impressed.

I went with these from Lockhart Phillips:
3.5in x 2.25in   Flush Mount I  Dual Filament  Black/Smoke 1229693  $14.95

They cover up the stock turn signal holes on my 1g and look great. Only thing is, you have to drill holes in the fairing to mount them since there isn't enough plastic showing around the hole to use double sided tape.
Heres a pic with them on the bike. Can't see em all that well in the pic.

Cool thanx, I think I am going to order a set of those....Good price too.  Funny thing is my roommate has a Gixxer 1000 and pay almost triple that for a set of flushmounts that are pretty much the same thing....
